What does your property management include?
Finding and verifying a tenant, the e-stamped agreement and police verification, a dated photo inventory, repairs through our vendor panel, renewals, and move-out with the deposit settled within 7 days. If you lease the flat to us, we also furnish and run it, and pay you a fixed rent by the 5th of every month.
How much brokerage do you charge?
Half a month's rent from the tenant and half a month's rent from the owner, paid when the rental agreement is signed. A typical Noida broker charges the tenant a full month. On our own PG beds there is no brokerage at all, only a ₹999 move-in fee.
Do owners pay anything upfront?
No. Listing, photos, video and showings are free. The owner pays only when a tenant they have approved signs the agreement.
Does the rent go through you?
No. When we find a tenant for your flat, the tenant pays rent and deposit straight into your bank account. We never hold your money. If you lease the flat to us for a PG, we pay you a fixed rent by the 5th of every month.
How do you verify tenants?
We check ID and employment or college, call a reference, and file police verification on UPCOP within 48 hours of move-in. You see the background check and approve the tenant before anything is signed.
I live outside Noida or abroad. Can you still help?
Yes. Most of the owners we work with live elsewhere. You get photos, video walkthroughs and the agreement for e-signing on WhatsApp, and you don't need to visit.
Which areas do you cover?
Sectors 62 and 63 and Sectors 70 to 78 today. The Expressway sectors, Sector 150 and Noida Extension come next.
