The same prices for every owner and tenant. No onboarding fees, no exit penalties, and no charges that aren't listed here. GST is added once we are registered.

A ₹25,000 flat, side by side
With a typical broker, the tenant pays ₹25,000. With us, the tenant pays ₹12,500 and the owner pays ₹12,500, and only when the tenant signs. Try your own numbers.

A typical Noida broker charges the tenant one month's rent. We charge half a month to each side. GST is added once we are registered.
For brokers
Work with us, get paid fast
Local brokers know flats and tenants we don't. If you bring one side of a deal, we share the fee fairly and on time.
- 50% of our feewhen you bring the tenant or the flat. Paid within 7 days of our receiving it.
- ₹2,000 per bedfor every tenant you bring to a ULE Stay PG, paid after their first month.
- Every introduction recordedOur system logs who introduced whom, so nobody is cut out.
